About Me
I grew up in New York and attended the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook Center majoring in Political Science and graduated with Pi Sigma Alpha honors in 1987. I then attended Saint Johns University School of Law in New York City and graduated in 1993 with a Juris Doctor degree. While at St. Johns, I also received the Justice Harold Birns Award.
I am licensed to practice law in California, Alaska, Arizona, Washington State, New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. On the federal level, I am licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the US Courts of Appeals for the following Circuits: First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, District of Columbia, Federal Circuit, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the US Court of Veterans Appeals, the US Court of Federal Claims, the US Tax Court, the US Court of Federal Appeals and the US Court of International Trade.
I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and California and a Notary Public in California.
